I use my lymphedema therapy, yoga, mindfulness and health coaching skills to help clients recover from surgery and thrive on a longevity medicine protocol.

Healing from a facelift is both a physical and emotional journey. I remember thinking to myself the night I had my facelift surgery, “am I really this vain? Did I really spend all this money and now I’m feeling so sick, all because I didn’t like the way my face looked?”

As a lymphatic massage therapist, I have been helping clients recover after facelifts for over a decade. Having my own facial plastic surgery in 2021 has helped me to connect more deeply with my clients who are healing from facelift and necklift. I have experienced firsthand the fear, optimism, pain, doubt, frustration, embarrassment and gratitude that come with the facelift journey. I can set their minds at ease that yes, the swelling does go down, the numbness goes away and they will go back to looking and feeling like their best selves again.

I have earned a bachelors of applied science degree in massage therapy, I am board certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork and I am a lymphedema therapist. I am also an ACE certified health coach and a yoga alliance registered yoga teacher.

Why Choose Lymphatic Massage after your facelift?

There are several ways to reduce swelling, including:

  • Breathwork

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage

  • Stress Reduction

  • Vibration

I share information about all these techniques in the Facelift Recovery Handbook, but getting manual lymphatic drainage massage was by far the most effective. My clients say that coming to get their massage is the highlight of their week. They feel softer, less tight and more able to move their neck comfortably after their massages.
