Interview professionals in your area to find a qualified therapist who specializes in post-facelift and necklift massage.
Ask each one to share their qualifications (MT, PT, OT, RN, Esthetician),
years of experience and number of facial plastic surgery clients they help per year.
I personally recommend starting lymphatic massage at least two weeks after facelift/necklift and ONLY getting
Vodder style manual lymphatic drainage on the facelift and necklift area. This is a gentle skin stretching stroke.
I do not use intraoral techniques, deep pressure, wood therapy or scraping tools.
Always do your research before hiring a surgeon or anyone involved in postoperative care
and INSIST on following your surgeon's protocol for your recovery.
