In the article 'Endoscopic Deep Plane Facelift: A Classified Approach,' Dr. Firat recommends lymphatic massage after endoscopic deep plane facelift.

Drains and a hemostatic net are used while the patient is hospitalized for the first few days and removed before discharge. Every two days during the first week, the patient receives lymphatic drainage massage and on day ten they are given a face mask to wear for the next month.
