Where did your clients fat transfer go after their facelift surgery?

The appearance of fat grafts to the face will change over the first year after a facelift. Don’t be worried if they seem to lose volume at the 6 month mark. 


A very, very small study of healthy women over 55 found that micro-fat grafting with Hybrid-SVF and PRP at the time of their SMAS facelift resulted in an increase in percentage volume changes from baseline to 3 months followed by a progressive declined from months 5-7 and a rebound to peak values by month 10-12.
